Description: I was asked to build this small guest house and a sports barn after completing the clients main house. The property sat near the old stage road between Eagle and Leadville and there were several old structures still standing along the route, including a school house, a stage stop and several cabins. The concept for the guest home was to have the the main part of the structure look like the original log home with additions that were added as the family grew and time passed.

They selected Trends West, Inc who I was working with at the time.
